All products are carefully packed with protective materials to reduce the risk of damage during transit.

An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage claim.

Minor transit damage, such as loose joints, is not eligible for a refund. We will provide a suitable adhesive if required.

If a product arrives completely damaged during transit, we will provide a replacement after verifying the unboxing video.
